Services

Initial Intake

This is the first step for new clients and takes 45 minutes. It consists of information gathering, clarification of goals, and provides a plan for services to best meet the client’s needs.

Clinical Counselling

We offer mental health treatment planning for children, youth and adults who are looking for support and guidance to improve their mental health and well-being. We use a client-centred approach to create achievable and attainable goals for long-term success.

Behavioural Intervention

Play-based interventions for children and family units aim to increase emotional awareness, anxiety support, social skills, life skills and overall mental health well-being. This is provided through one-to-one intervention, parent/guardian support, and community liaison support.

Couples/ Family Counselling

This support seeks to improve relationship health and aid in conflict resolution between partners or within family units. Common areas of focus can include communication, boundaries, expectations, and parenting for either partners or family units. Additional focus points can include intimacy, (re)building trust, and strengthening the relationship bond.

Parent/Guardian Consultation

Available to parents or caregivers seeking support to better care for their child. This virtual or in-person session provides help with understanding presenting concerns, offers recommendations, resources, and help navigating systems if required.

We recognize that we work and reside on Treaty 8 territory—the ancestral and traditional territory of the Cree, Dene, Saulteau, and Métis. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit who have lived in and cared for these lands for generations. We make this acknowledgement as an act of reconciliation and gratitude.
